Request samples during Shopping Cart checkout
On the Shopping Cart page there is a button for you to CHECKOUT. When you click on that and go to the Checkout page, you will be asked about payment, billing and shipping information. The last box on that Checkout page is Comments/Request a Sample/More Info. Type your sample request in that Comments box.
